I would not trade this clinic for any other! Friendly, helpful and the MD's are good, helpful and good listeners, moreover caring. I have been a patient here for years now including at the older blgd. ( torn down )that use to been here. Miss my former DO... C. Bonner. She was a thoughtful and understanding individual, who took great care of me. Sorry to hear she has relocated to the sunshine state fla.
I have MD... David Klein now, and he to is a caring, friendly and takes his time to hear me out. I am grateful for all the hard workers there at the MVHC at Adair. The transportation offer is excellent and a big plus to us older ones who are no longer able to drive a car. If I could, I would give MVHC 10 Star +

It would be nice if they would answer the phone when people call. I would say ur receptionist is either on break or totally not doing their job.

The health care in this city is A JOKE. u either half to go to Genesis who rushes u through with out a diagnosis or deal with u people who never answer the phone.

I have management experience, & let me tell u, this is NO WAY to run a business.

Slow even with scheduled appointments. A few of the nurses have been short and rude. A couple of the Drs didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Dental is a HUGE no there. I've known several people that have had their teeth messed up after cleanings or getting a cavity filled. A lot of times they don't even try to fix the tooth they just wanna pull it.

everytime ive been there with a family member, theyve always been timely professional and caring :) people say that its a bad place,but i think it depends on which doctor/nurse practitioner you get :/ i hope this helps people :) i would recommend this practice to pretty much anyone :)

I take my 2 year old there to see the dr or nurse practitioner which ever one is available and both are so nice answer all my questions and concerns I don't feel judged as a parent and my daughter seems to like them very well the wait is short and smiles are seen everywhere I would recommend taking you children here

Go elsewhere for primary care. They charge $87 for a rushed office visit w/ Nurse Practitioner with no emphasis on preventative care. No baseline or yearly physicals either.

I've been taking my family here for 4 years and it's the best healthcare I've ever received. They are the midst attentive, timely, professional staff and are always ready with a smile. When I first went there I was depressed because I couldn't afford a private practice at the time. I was pregnant and was afraid I wouldn't get the level of prenatal care I had before. MVHC has consistently exceeded my expectations. I recommend them all the time.
