        Overall

        I took the prescription I received from Williamson Eye Center to another eye clinic. When I put them on they was to strong and made me dizziness. The clinic checked the prescription and lens carefully and it was the same; they told me to take the prescription back to Williamson Eye Center to get it corrected. I called Williamson Eye Center and told them I need them to correct the problem with the prescription, the lady kept telling me I would have to see the doctor again and that I would have to pay for the visit. Their only solution to the problem was for me to make a doctor appointment and get my eyes checked all over again and I would have to pay again. They refused to correct the problem of the prescription without another paid appointment. I refused to pay them anymore money. This is unfair and unprofessional. I will NEVER go back there and I would not recommend anyone I know. I am going to continue to get the problem fixed because I paid money and would like a pair of glasses. They made a mistake and should correct the problem.
