Express Car Wash

I just used the express carwash in Zachary. I drive a chev. pickup truck and purchased a $12.00 carwash. After I went through the carwash there was a lot of soap remaining in the bed and on my back window, I asked the attendant if he could rinse off all of the soap. He told me that it was the nature of the beast when it came to washing trucks and that he would rinse it but don't make it a habit. I figure if I pay $12.00 for a car wash there should not be any soap left on my vehicle. Needless to say I will not be using that particular carwash any longer nor will my wife because of that comment. This company is in the customer service business and rude comments should not be thrown at customers such as myself if they want returned customers.
