UN-ORGANIZED CONFUSION I was told yesterday 3/22/2017 when I called in my order at 4:30 exactly that my order of 3 dozen tacos will be ready in 40 minutes okay not a problem. I arrived at exactly 10 after 5pm and stood in line for 6 more minutes to pay for my dinner takeout. I waited after watching other people coming in and waiting only 10 or 15 minutes picking up their food and walking out okay I stood inside chili pepper and waited another hour before getting my takeout. What they should of done was refunded everybody's payment with cash and told them we are very sorry for the wait. They didn't have the common courtesy to tell their customers that we're sorry for the unexcused wait. No that was the worst service I have ever received from anybody in my home town of YUMA ARIZONA, the worst customer service. Not to mention how many city ordinances and Fire Codes they broke by having that many people standing around and waiting. I believe Chili Pepper lost my service this picture was taken just before I left the premises Standing Room Only bull crap.
