Once you get in, they are very nice but I don't like their appointment procedures. For those people who they haven't bothered to tell, like me, you can also get these procedures done at the hospital. Just call the hospital directly.

I'm assuming this is the only place in town to go. I haven't been in to be seen yet, but making an appointment with receptionist seemed to be asking the world from them. Incredibly frustrating.

Sitting here with my mother who just had open heart surgery. A lady just went up to the window to ask when she was gonna be called in, they told her that the people with appts get to go in first. I called them yesterday about making an appt but they don't make them for chest X-rays which is why we are here. This morning we called to let them know my mother was coming in and that she is unable to sit up and be made to wait, we were told ok come in now and they would be able to take her in immediately. Not to mention yesterday we came in here for the chest X-ray after being told that we should just walk in before 420 and they would do it, only to be told they were too busy to do it. Some patients can wait no doubt but some cannot. It is very difficult to get my mother in there in the first place only to be turned away and now made to wait. She just had her surgery a few days ago. Maybe a review on how they prioritize patients is in order. Even just a courtesy phone call to let us know that they wouldn't be able to do the X-ray yesterday would of been nice. They had our number. The doctor called them yesterday and told them who was coming in and what he wanted done for her.
