Horizon House also provides a variety of clinical solutions. It receives funds from the Mahoning County Mental Health Board. The center is a part of Burdman Group, which is a nonprofit organization that operates a division, Northeast Industries. The parent organization offers employment and vocational services and residential programs. In addition, it provides community support and independent housing solutions.
