took my car there 9/26/2022.9/28/2022 larry told me he could fix my car,trust him.called me 9/29/2022.told me my car was ready.ask larry how much i owed him.larry said i told you yesterday..that was a lie,larry told me trust him.when larry refused to tell me what i owed.i fust at larry,larry got made,said i can't talk to him like that,if i come over there larry said he would whip my A$$.I called police to me me over there.9:30 am on 9/29/2022 larry said i owed him $5143.47..I paid with credit card.police waited till i got my car out of there. on oct 3 2022 i took car to be inspected to 2 local places.Both said aamco never removed or replaced valve body.Larry refunded me 10/11/2022 because i caught him in his fraud.Because he refunded me police decide to drop charges i made on 10/10/2022..Dam shame.

The customer service of this establishment is deplorable. Dropped off my 2007 Chevy Silverado on a Monday night for a Tuesday morning appointment for some warranty repairs. Did not get my vehicle back until mid morning on Friday. I did not receive one phone call from them in that time frame telling the of the faults found or the status of he repairs. My wife and I made no less than five phone calls to them to find out the status of the repairs. We still did not get a definitive answer on when the repairs were to be completed until I confronted them in person. Four hours laborof were noted on the final bill that took well over four days to complete.

I will not recommend this repair facility to anyone.

They put another motor in my car,and it runs like a new one. It only had between 1000/2000 miles on it. The owner Bill got it for me cheap,had it installed in about three days. Yes I would recommend them to family and friends.

Asked owner to replace a simple part with parts I purchased from autozone, he replied that he only does work with his own parts, I then said I could return the parts and see how much he would charge to do service with own parts he then said he doesn't want to work on my truck. Absolutely unprofessional

I have my oil changed regularly at Aamco in Boardman because it leaves me with one less thing to worry about on a daily basis.I like the fact that when my car or truck is serviced here by Bill Jones and his crew they not only take care of the immediate problems but make me aware of future issues that could cost me big money down the road and show me how to avoid them.
