Large Items Pick Up

they always pick up my large items on the sate they schedule.

I always have to call at least three times. it takes a month to even get my trash picked up. its ridiculous because this is everytime i schedule for pick up! Very unorganized and the lady on the phone always has a smart mouth. i asked for a supervisor and she wouldn't let me speak to one. She may be the underlying problem here but sheesh! Does anyone know how to do their job anymore??
