You WILL REGRET USING PRISTINE CARPET CLEANING!!!!!! This company has the absolute worst customer service and they do not stand by anything they claim. For example on their website they "Rules for Excellent Service". Number 2 on this list is to not bait and switch a customer. I was quoted a price for my couch and downstairs and when they came to finally clean my carpet after a 2 week wait, they raised the price. They did not even do a good job cleaning. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a company, they only care about taking your money.If you are looking to get ripped off and stressed out and waste time because you have too much on your hands this is the place for you. If you are looking to get treated like fairly and respectfully and not waste your money then I highly recommend to call elsewhere
