Classic Ride

I am a regular customer - someone who uses taxis about 5 times a week or more. Classic is a HORRIBLE company! I would not recommend it to anyone. Every single time I call they say 5 to 10 minuets before the car arrives to pick me up...however it is ALWAYS a lie! If you chose to use this company call about 1 hour in advance from your desired pick up time. I have been late to work, got home super late, and missed like EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT because they do not know how to run a business. They lie to you, ignore your calls when you call to check on where the car is, or just hang up on you! I am a very patient person but when a car is constantly late or simply NEVER SHOWS UP the situation is just simply ridiculous - do yourself a favor & call another company. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO!

Just arrived at JFK and now for a second time had to wait for 50 minutes for the scheduled car to arrive. And I consider myself a frequent user of theirs for airport pickup. No apology, horrible customer service. Last time I will use them
