By far the worst dentist I have ever went to for example I left the office with holes in my teeth he didn't fill my cavities and I even said something and the Dentist said that he was done so I had to go to another dentist to get them filled and turns out all the other work he did needs to be redone because my teeth we not done properly I would only recommend people I hate to go see this dentist

Every time I talk to the receptionist lady on the phone she's not the friendliest, but I just assume she has bad days. Today, I called to cancel an appt I wouldnt be able to make (drive 1.5 hours to get there unfortunately). When I told the lady I wouldn't be able to make it she sighed and said Okay and as I was saying thank you and trying to reschedule she had already hung up on me. Thinking maybe she was just busy, I called back. I politely asked if I could reschedule, and she said "no, you've been put on a waiting list, We'll call you." *silence* ... So, I asked... Does that mean about a week or a month and tried to see if she was able to give me a time frame to expect a call. She reminded me it was my fault I had to wait so long, because I had cancelled, and said 3 months. I was obviously surprised it's so far out but I still said okay thank you, to which she sternly says Bye And hangs up immediately.

I'm not fond of going to a heath service office that makes you feel like crap, I already felt bad cancelling, no reason for her rude attitude towards a patient.

I just called to make a first appt. and when the person found I was with Apple health she copped a really negative attitude, and was like, do you need extractions or what? I found her attitude completely negative and rude, due to the tone of "you loser." kind of an attitude.

I am a student at YVCC, and I have worked all of my life, and I assumed by her attitude that I would be treated very poorly here.

I absolutely would never recommend this dentist office to anyone if you are looking for compassion, good care, and a kind welcome unless you drive a mercedes.
