Provided by DexKnowsMy husband was legally blind when we went there. The first thing they said we don't know if we can fix this. Dr.Leo Figgs put new lenses in his eyes he had rapid onset cataracts.His vision after the surgery was 20-40 it was a miracle. They changed our whole lives. He still suffers from glaucoma but on his last checkup was fantastic no floates and low eye pressure. If u want a great team of professionals on your side I recommend Figgs Eye Clinic. We have great service everytime we go.

Provided by DexKnowsI had my retina repaired at this place and the staff did not inform me of what will be covered as far as follow up visit and now they're saying I owe them the cost of an office visit since my last check up following the procedure was outside of the 90 days window. They do not disclose any information at all to their patient (verbally or written) and that is outrageous. As a consumer I have the right to know! Figgs IS NOT THE ONLY EYE CLINIC IN THIS TOWN!

Provided by DexKnowsHad a terrible experience here. The staff was extremely disrespectful and rude. Ordered glasses and a month later checked on them and we were treated like we were stupid. Technician and Optometrists gave us totally different information on eye prescription. I would not recommend anyone go here unless you want to be treated like a low life
