        This Food Lion has recently remodeled, with everything being changed around, now that it has had a reopening, the departments look brand new. Only drawback is that they didn't add a pharmacy department, considering that a Rite Aid/Eckerd and a CVS are already located in Yadkinville. Overall it's 5 out of 5.
