Responsive, responsible, and very open about everything. They answered all of my questions in an extremely timely manner, sometimes responding to emails within an hour or less of my sending them. The animal I got was whole and hale and even more beautiful than the pictures they sent me of her! Very reasonable prices as well, but UPS nearly killed my animal in the cold with complete negligence. I would very very strongly suggest ordering in the spring and summer months.
