I was seen by Dr. Austria and his staff for an emergency recently. From the beginning the staff treated me like an old friend. They made me feel very at ease as I was nervous and in pain. I was seated without waiting (which was a surprise). Dr. Austria was very gentle and took great care of me. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

I first visited this dental office in 2005. When you come in, they actually stand to greet you by name. I was given clear instructions on what paperwork was needed, and what my visit would entail. Since then, every time I have been in the office they have told me in advance what treatment I would have, and what the cost would be. The office has state of the art equipment, including a laser that was used on my son -- he experienced absolutely no pain after gum surgery. I sincerely wish my primary care physician office was this well run!
