        Overall

        While there were SOME staff members who were great, the reality is my grandmother's diamond wedding ring was stolen by a staff member while she was being cared for on the Alzheimer's floor. When I talked to a friend about it, she said that the same thing happened to her friend's mother too! Hide your loved one's valuables if they stay here.

        The staff is warm and doesn't just give mom good care - they give her the hugs and kindness she also needs as a human being.
