Oral Cancer Screening
These include our fluoride treatments and our oral cancer screenings. Fluoride is a mineral that strengthens your teeth and protects them from decay. The enamel layer protecting your teeth is attacked by bacteria, acids, and sugars that come into contact with your teeth throughout the day. This is where fluoride assists.

Teeth Cleaning
Even if you have impeccable dental hygiene habits, there will be some build-up on your teeth that you cannot remove through brushing and flossing alone. Fillings
Resin Composite
At Haid Dental, we use both composite resins and porcelain fillings. Depending on your teeth and the extent of the damage, our dentist will discuss with you which option will be best. Composite resins are custom-made to match the shade and shape of your teeth. They are good for smaller cavities since they may chip when used in larger restorative techniques. They require care similar to that of your natural teeth, as they can be stained by coffee, tea, and other foods or drinks. For more extensive repairs, porcelain in-lays or onlays may be used. These restorations cover the surface of the tooth, making the filling nearly undetectable. Porcelain is resistant to staining or discoloration. This option is used when the damage from decay is more extensive than a composite resin can fix.
Veneers
Both veneers and bonding are treatments meant to repair broken, chipped, or discolored teeth. The processes are slightly different, but both are offered here at Haid Dental, so you have multiple options when deciding on a treatment plan to cosmetically alter your smile.
Crowns
At Haid Dental, we offer crown lengthening procedures to improve the health of your gum tissue, to fix a “gummy” smile in which the teeth are covered by excess gum tissue, or to prepare your mouth for restorative or cosmetic treatments. This process exposes more of the natural tooth by changing the shape of the natural bone and gum tissue. We can perform this procedure on a single tooth or on your entire gum line, creating a personalized experience for each individual patient.
Bridges
A dental bridge can be a great solution to replace missing teeth. A bridge physically ‘bridges’ the gap created by your missing teeth by latching onto the surrounding teeth. It consists of a false tooth connected to crowns that will be placed on each side of the bridged teeth. With a bridge, your missing tooth will be replaced and will match the rest of your teeth, restoring your smile completely.
Dental Bonding
Our dentist will begin by numbing your mouth and cleaning the tooth that’s receiving the bonding (if there is decay). If necessary, the dentist will remove the decay. The area where the decay was will then be filled with an enamel-like material. If the tooth doesn’t have any decay, the dentist will prepare the tooth for the bonding and place it. The Haid Dental team will choose the appropriate color to match your other teeth. The dentist will apply the bonding material directly to the tooth, and will beautifully shape it for the best look. The bonding will harden, and you’ll be ready to smile with fresh confidence!
