This place doesn't even deserve a one star rating! I purchased and opened an account with this location and on my receipt it clearly stated that I have 7 days to return the phone or 60 minutes of talk time! the phone that I purchased was not even used for talking. I decided to returnit on the 7th day because I decided that the phone was not fit for me. The man at this location told me that they do not take returns! when I told him that I knew the store policy he then said things like "umm yeaa that's true but the first day you buy it counts as the first day" Okay im here on the last day what do you mean.. then he said well let me check the talk time.. he then checked the talk time and said well it says that it has been 0 talk time and there are numbers and missed calls in your call logs.. he accused me for clearing the talk time before I brought the phone back The calls in my call log were missed calls so I could save my families numbers!! this man was very rude he tried so hard to make me look like an idiot. eventually the other employee working decided to call metro pcs corporate to get the exact talk time.. when she called they told her it was 0 talk time.. so at that point they had no argument and took the phone back.. The mans tone the whole time i was there was rude he talked down at me and made me leave very upset!! I will never recommend anyone to go there!! I never write reviews but this location left me so upset!! DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE ALL VERY RUDE!! If you need a metro pcs I would try a different location! the metro pcs located at the malls are more calm and collective they are nicer and don't talk down to you.
