Yolks

i have been shopping at this store for twenty years, if they dont have what you need then you dont need it.

My husband and I went to Oceans of Pets to purchase 2 ferrets.

We asked the employee if they bite at all, because we have a 1 year old that will obviously be curious. They told us that that they didn't. We played with them for about 3mintues-then they took them, and packaged them up. We spent $200 on the ferrets, then another $100 on the cage.



We've had them for a month now, and they bite so hard, it broke the skin on my daughters foot many times. I called the owner and calmly explained the problem, and he said he "couldn't take them back".



We are now stuck with two ferrets who we cannot let out of their cage, because our daughter is afraid of them. The owner cares more about money, then he does with his customers.



My family has been going to this place for our pet food for years now, and we are all very dissapointed and his actions & the staff.
