First choice property management is scum, because they treat tenants horrible and kicked innocent family of five, three are babies, out of apt despite fact that they are pay rent every month! I was there. They threat us, talk crap to us, and never fix any issues in apt. They did not do good job kill off roach and bedbug in apartment that already exist in building BEFORE we moved in! it is still persistence today. They gave us very short "end of tenant" notice. Only one and half month! It is not even enough time to save enough money to move to new apt. We end up being homeless! They put our record that we evicted. That was a lie. Truth is that they actually threated us by call DCF to take our kids away base on lies, that why we feel that we have no choice but to move out to protect our children. Now we have hard time to find apt because of "evicted" record make other landlord think we are bad tenant! First choice is scum company and deserve to die.
To tenants: Don't be fool by cheap rent! First choice property is horrible to tenants. My advice is if you see any apartments that own by "First choice property management" STAY AWAY, DON'T MOVE IN! YOU WILL REGERT IT JUST AS MY FAMILY DID!

Provided by Superpagesshow up in person if you need something, transferred to an answering machine when you call and nobody EVER gets back to you. asked about domestic issues concerning neighbors, was told they were alright, had to call police and social services numerous times. repeated requests to fix things that never got done. bathroom was disgusting when we moved in.
