Worst customer service ever! Wish I had never called them an made an order.. called them about a month ago to order dynamites for my brothers kidney fundraise for 200 ppl. Owner says no problem will have it delivered for 6:00. Pay when it gets there..

Never got a phone call to confirm week before event... called his cell phone 5 times. Fiance gets back an says she knows nothing about the dynamites. Called kitchen. Spoke to someone an says they no nothing about such order. They were suppose to call me back . Never heard anything.. this is the day off the event let me mind u. Calling an calling an calling. Leaving messages, at the kitchen an on cell phone. Lucky thing we had back up. 200 hundred ppl expecting dynamites... glad they didn't just show up at 6:00. Had many unhappy ppl.... I have no idea how they manage to stay in buseness this long... I will definitly never use you again nor will I ever refure anyone. No one has a clue in that kitchen.
