Frank's III Pizzeria

I worked for this company for 3 days. When I got hired as a counter girl, I asked what I would be getting paid, and Sal the owner of the company said "We'll see". So I worked Friday, 11-23-07, Saturday, 11-24-07, and Sunday 11-25-07, for a total of 19 hours. Today, Monday the 26th, the owner tried to pay me off the books, in cash, for a total of $79.00, which works out to $6 an hour for 2 of the days. He did not even pay me for the first day I worked. When I called him, he said that was training, and if I expected to make at least minimum wage, this job was not right for me. Sal is employing underage girls, as well as illegal immigrants. I think he should be brought to justice. The proper departments of New Jersey need to be aware of the illegal labor practices going on here, for the good of everyone involved.
