Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

My wife purchased an inexpensive phone because hers broke and was willing to try something less expensive. When she decided the one she purchased was to basic I called to ask about returning it. It was purchased on 12/11/2017 and on 12/16/2017 I asked if we could return it on the 18th (7 days later) per the return agreement. when returning on the 18th, they said there was a defect on the phone which was some almost imperceptible small manufacturing dis-colorization on the edge of the battery cover. In addition they said it was outside the 7 days. It was pretty clear that they had a big financial incentive (they stated that they loose a lot of money on returns) to not take it back. We went to Best Buy and got the product and treatment lacking at the Cricket store. My advice is don't buy products from Cricket expecting return or warranty policies. You will get a better deal from Craigslist or the like.
