General Info

Competitive Edge aims to develop the “complete athlete”. Members are able to enhance their athletic performance and develop a competitive edge to excel in their desired sport. Competitive Edge has two training components; Competitive Edge – Baseball, which offers baseball athletes batting cages, hitting and pitching sessions, in addition to private lessons. Competitive Edge – Speed & Agility program focuses on athlete development by improving their speed, strength, agility and athletic performance with group and private sessions.

Competitive Edge Athletic Performance Center located in Woodbridge, VA is a multi-sports facility designed to train youth athletes. At Competitive Edge, athletes are exposed to daily training sessions, clinics and camps that focus on improving speed, technique, strength, stamina, flexibility and stability to enhance athletic performance and improve their sport specific skills. The facility is approximately 18,480 sq. ft. equipped with batting cages, pitching tunnels, a half basketball and mini-tennis/volleyball sports court, running speed lanes, 1,300 sq. ft. turf area and weight room.
