Orchard Lakes Apartments

If you'd like to live poverty for over 1200 per month then this is right up your alley.Orchard Lakes is not only quite possibly one of the worst apartment complexes in the Chicagoland area but in the entire United States of America.Where do I begin...There is absolutely no parking, there are dozens upon dozens of cars without parking stickers and management does nothing about it. Also if something breaks in your unit or stops working good luck getting it fixed. If I had a $1 for everytime I heard the phrase "we've put in a work order" I'd of saved enough for 1 month's rent, which is totally over priced for shabby appliances, poor carpeting, closets, doors, etc...The leasing office staff has had so much turn over in the year I've lived here its been unreal, and I can see why they are extremely uneducated and rude to boot. I love living at Orchard Lakes, my apartment is more like a condo. It has a great layout and the community is awesome. There's a pool and fitness room. I was also able to rent the Club House for a recent birthday bash. ######I'll be here till I buy or have a job relocation - never say never
