Sun State Water

Absolutely love our whole house system from Sunstate water. The system totally improve my sons eczema that we have dealt with since he was a month old. Not to mention I love with the system has done for my hair and skin would recommend this company to anyone I know!

William from Sunstate water really was knowledgeable and courteous and provided us with a great service. We love our new Westinghouse whole house system.we are proud to be a part of the Sun stay water family!

I Recently bought this system and love it. Will was our salesman, he was very knowledgeable about the product. After he tested out our water I was amazed to see what was in our tap. No doubt that is a factor in cancer rates! I've been extremely pleased with the results, even my pans are easier to clean. I recommend this system to anybody and everybody that wants healthier water..

Troy Debose, you were fired do to negligence and the inability to act as a sales manager. We gave you multiple opportunities to fulfill your duties. You disappeared for two days with no call. This type of behavior would not be acceptable in any organization certainly not as a "sales manager". Let it also be known that this was your SECOND CHANCE with Sun State Water as you were fired previously for similar behavior. We stand by our product and our sales team.

I cant believe I'm reading negative reviews of this company. It was probably the most professional company I've ever dealt with. First of all the product is phenomenal, my hair has never looked better and my skin is no longer dry!!! Thank god we are no longer drinking that filthy water!!!! Our salesman was best!!! His name is Mike, not sure of his last name. He was so helpful and honest. I only wish I had purchased a long time ago!!!

This water system is the best purchase I've made in a long time. When I think about all the years I used dirty water, it makes me sick. Even after I tested my purified water (charcoal filter one you put on the faucet)...it was STILL DIRTY. The salesman Mike worked a GREAT deal, he was very helpful with answering all our questions and even followed up to be sure we were happy!!!!

I can't say enough about this water system. I used to have some stomach issues due to all the contamination in my water. My health issues with my stomach are much better, almost gone. Mike, the salesman was honest and fair. I've told everyone I know to call Mike!!!

I was skeptical at first when I was reading the reviews about getting a water system but, after dealing with Mike I was 100% comfortable and confident that it's exactly what my family and I needed. 1st shower you can feel and see a complete difference. My hair was glowing and my skin so silky!!! Our tea and coffee taste better. My laundry is softer and clothing conditions even improved. HIGHLY recommend this company and there system. Best purchase we've made!

System is great and everything it was promised to do, it did. Was going to cancel my order do to this last review and im sure glad I didn't folks. Mike was my rep who did the demo and we loved him. Phil was very kind and informative on everything. Everyone has bad reviews but there pruduct is great and has changed our water to great. Would give 10 stars if i could. ��������

Just had a new phone number installed at my home and suddenly receiving calls from this company. Never left a voice main but the one time we called to ask them to stop calling, the person that answered swore at us and said it wasn't him calling.

Further investigation shows that they do not have a valid registration to operate in the state of Florida. Filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office right now.

In addition, so far as anyone at the City of Winter Springs is concerned, Sun State Water has no license to perform the services they claim they do. Representatives at the City office have confirmed that, in order to claim to run a business in Winter Springs, they must have a Tax license, as of today, this company does not.

Bottom line, do you homework and do not trust this company for anything.

This really gets me down to see even one bad review about this company. I purchased my system 2 months ago and told a friend to call and get one and she told me about the reviews. So i checked and here they are. I couldn't be happier with the quality of water throughout my whole house now. It used to smell like swimming pool water coming out my faucets and now I can drink right out of them. I'm just here to tell you folks don't let a couple bad apples ruin The whole basket. this is a great company and even has great customer service. We used to have a rain soft system and couldn't stand it. This Westinghouse system uses 80% less salt and feels 10 times better after getting out of the shower.

I was skeptical at first but then after receiving the whole house water purification system our life has completely changed for the better. I never knew water could be so good and how it affected our daily life's until we got purified water. Charged over $6000 in a hard sell tactic. Exorbitant expensive financing. Avoid this predatory company.

This water condition company is a scam. A couple days after we moved into our new house we got a call from Sun State Water we were led to believe was the local water company. They said that they just wanted to come over and test our water for free. Well it was all a big sales scam. The salesman brought his broken down so called water testing kit, and had no idea what chemicals he was putting in the water to test it. He wasted almost 2 hours of our time to tell us that our water was contaminated and we could get cancer and liver and kidney problems. We could fix the problem if we purchased his $6500 Avian water conditioner, and the price was only good for that day. After that it would cost $8500. I don't think so. After we told him we would think about it he blew us off and never heard from him again. He promised us a $20 gift certificate from Olive Garden for our time, which we never received. Would definitely would NOT recommend. We eventually went with Kinetico which was half the price and best decision we made.
