My wife went in for periodontics work with Dr. Scott Cohen performing a tooth extraction. Somehow during the procedure my wife lower right lip appeared to have been burnt. As I was picking her up I assumed the burn was dried blood from the tooth extraction. We arrived at home and upon closer inspection it appeared to be a burn. When we talked to the dental office they denied knowing anything about it. Also I realize that it is our responsibility to choose a Dentist that was in network ( he was referred to us by our main Dentist Elite Dentistry) but we were never told that he was out of our network. We have always received upfront notification from Doctors regarding whether or not they were in our network. So in addition to my Wife being burned during the procedure we were also burned by the bill that arrived. Would not recommend this Office at ALL!
