Yes... I agree with the other clients...the customer service is great while they're trying to sell you a membership but when you try to terminate they make it very difficult, obviously to ensure they charge you for another month or two of membership fees. Very disappointing. I would have renewed my membership later this year but now have decided against it. I also had services cancelled by the Winter Park location that could not be rescheduled within that month so I just lost those services. I would not recommend this business. I suggest checking out other medi-spa membership options before making a commitment to this one.
