Winter Perk

We always stop in for coffee when driving through wp and our regular place closed so we came here. Ordered a chai which the owner recommended in addition to cookies and hot chocolate. Cookie and choc were good but when I tried the chai it made me gag it was so horrible! Had my husband try it to make sure it wasn't just me and he coughed and had same reaction. We took it back in and asked if we could get something else and he said 'sure but you need to pay for it.' Hummm! We own restaurants and would never tell a customer that. Remake it and make the customer happy! We will never stop there again and if you do, DON'T order the chai! It's awful!
