Needed some things done around my house and saw these guys working next door so I got their number.
The house they were working on turned out beautifully. They gutted it completely and when it was done ,wow! Now all I need is for the owners to clean up their yard.
AND as for the work that Barney and his guys did for me the Stucco patch turned out perfect . They replaced the rotten wooden gable ends far up on the roof.
As well as repainted my entire house and stained my concrete deck . I love it! Barney was very nice and professional. His crew were amazing guys that know what they are doing and aim to please...2015

Barney Cheatham and Ray Cheatham have created a business using mostly day laborers they pick up in the morning, although their salesman will tell you they use all their own labor. They seek out the least expensive sub contractors versus creating relationships with quality sub contractors. Their own supervisors (ours was James Johnson) abilities are questionable as well. If a wall goes up straight they are excited and if it goes up crooked their attitude is "it's good enough for who it's for." Many times we had to follow behind their incompetence with our own common sense approach. They left our bathroom shower in a mess. Barney Cheatham gave us his word they would correct the problem. Only to renege and say here's a few bucks figure it out. We had to hire our own "Real" tile contractors to rectify the problem as Cheatham did not fulfill his words. Our shower floor was cracked all the way around. Cheatham said our house must have settled. Being a 20 year old house we thought not. Our contractors took the floor up and found the shower liner was at least 6" off the concrete floor. They told us "you were showering on a trampoline." We had to come up with funds out of our pocket to get it fixed. So much for their one year warranty. Barney, anyone can give out a one year warranty when they know they don't have to honor it as you do. Readers will say, "why don't you sue." Well, lawyers want the big cases. Couldn't find one as cheap as Cheatham. His company and he are a disgrace.
