I WON a trip to Daytona and Disney.... Resort Tours and Accommodations, said I only had to pay the taxes. Lies Lies Lies paid $500 dollars to stay in a dump with my family, had to go on two tours, not one like they stated, one less day than they said we won. Blamed it on the welcome center for putting us in the room that was a night mare. Never have I ever tried anything like this, but wanted to take my youngest daughter to Disney only to go to a Scam in Fla. Please check on the place you will be staying, there web sight shows the one you will be touring, oh did I tell you we got the up grade, look at my pics. I wouldn't put a dog in that room we left two nights early. We signed up for their "free trip" again something we should have never done. Realized what we had done and tried to return the packet. After receiving it back, I called the company and they refuse to give a refund due to their terms and conditions, which we never received at the time of payment. So now we are dealing with fighting this.



And just to warn everyone, this "package" does not include any transportation so if you are like us, that's going to cost you an extra several hundred dollars, that you could use for a vacation where they don't try to see you things.

What a scam!!!! My husband signed up for something at a concert. They called us and told us about this discounted vacation. We agreed which was very stupid without reading these reviews first. If you didn't sign up yet - DON'T DO IT. We paid $390 for 4 nights in orlando and two in Daytona Beach. We had no problem booking. Watch out for upgrades. They will try to sucker you into another tour. When we tried to schedule our tour, they couldn't get us in until 1PM which was right in the middle of the day. We got there at 12:55 and they did not check us in until 1:13. They start counting off minutes from the check in time. We told the lady who toured us that our children were waiting for us and she flipped out and said that we signed up for a 90 to 120 minute tour. We told her that we were told 90 minutes. She told us they tell everyone that but it is 120 minutes. She said it was in our contract. She was competely rude. I offered to go and get my contract out of my car and she said no. She went and got the manager - after our 90 minutes was up - and he came over and told us we could go. All in all we were there from 12:55 to 3:00pm and we had to fight to get out. Funny thing is, when I looked up the prices for the hotel they put us up at, we would have paid LESS than what we paid RTA and not been put through all the games and hassles. I could write a book about the rest but the bottome line is: DO NOT DO IT!
