I thought all doctors ran on an assembly line-type philosophy, until I met Jason Sotto. Though my daughter, and now my son have been patients of his for a few years, it wasn't until today that I realized what a thorough and caring Doctor he actually is. With a back log patients waiting to be seen, Dr. Sotto took out extra time to me to explain my daughter's "unique" situation. Without feeling anxious to get me out of his hair and resume his practice with the waiting patients, Dr. Sotto warmly and PATIENTLY welcomed questions and concerns that I had. I NEVER felt that pit of your stomach uneasiness of "hurry up and ask, pay, and get out," you get when approaching your physician with inquests. He supersedes the modern day doctor-patient expectations, and genuinely desires to personally connect with his clients and their parents. Oh, if only we could clone more of him and place him in every area of our medical needs. You rarely find doctors with such a high moral caliber, and extreme professionalism that Dr. Sotto clearly has. The pendulum shift of doctors is either rushed & rude or slow & unconcerned, neither of which fits the value of Dr. Sotto. You discover good doctors all the time, but great doctors are a dying breed. I hope aspiring and current doctors alike take a piece of Jason Sotto's professional yet personal approach and apply it to their practice.

Seldom do you find a doctor that you like and a staff that you also like...they are professional, kind, they somehow get my boys to cooperate even when they don't want to...they are fun...the receptionist even told me how to sign up for aetna's dental discount plan which saved me the cost of it in their first visit. I was apprehensive to switch to him because we loved our last dentist...but I can say we now love Dr. Sotto and his staff!

When we moved here 2 years ago we had a tough time finding a dentist in Orlando for our kids. Finally we found Dr Sotto. He is great with the kids and his staff is awesome. Plus his entire office is kid friendly; my kids look forward to going there. I could not recommend him more!
