Mr. Beau Dancy is a very sharp and shrewd business man. I rented a townhouse property from him for about 18 months and then had to move out of state. He took full advantage of the situation and did not refund any of the thousands of dollars that I had paid in security deposit. He knew full well that I would have to take legal action from the Midwest which would have been cost prohibitive. A nice guy on the surface, but be very wary of your business arrangements with him.
