        Great Place To Work For Transitions & Second Incomes!



        Pros:

        - Friendly, genuine, and professional work environment

        - Very flexible scheduling (can set own schedules)

        - Sufficient breaks for most common needs

        - Management is a team player and looks out for the employee



        Cons:

        - Little to no room for advancement

        - Most employees are contracted out via third-party agencies

        - Maximum hours can vary depending on payroll/labor needs

        - Surveys conducted can be repetitive and redundant



        Advice To Senior Management:

        Keep doing what you're doing, maintaining a professional and genuine workplace; perhaps encourage clients to reduce redundancy when creating surveys.
