Roger's Meats

The best smoked meats in the area. Only makes Summer Sausage, hot dogs and rings of bologna. Unfortunately it is a one-man operation now and he has been having some medical/physical issues. The shop is pretty old and smoky looking. Still the 1960's there. It is tough to be a small old fashioned business man today. Roger smokes his meats once a week. Small batches of his family recipes with less fat than any others I have tried. He will only sell you a small amounts to keep enough on hand for his regular customers. Hours are sporadic. Afternoons are best to catch him. The storefront is only open when he has meat to sell. Call ahead to see if he is there. It is worth it to work around his schedule. A great product!
