Dave was very prompt & thorough with his inspection. He definitely knew what he was doing and explained to me how to remediate the mold in my home and prevent it from happening again. He was friendly, professional and even followed up a few weeks later to see if the problem was solved. The awful mold problem was quickly remediated at a very low cost. David the inspector was very professional, and answered all the questions my wife and I had for him. We walked through the entire home inspection with him. I thought, it was well worth the money.
