        We used property title when we bought and sold our investment property and when we bought our dream home. This company is thorough, helpful and very kind. My husband and I felt extremely supported & knew we could count on property title to help us get all the paperwork we needed! Denise Litzau was especially helpful, and thought of every detail. We are thankful for professionals like Denise, who kindly & patiently walked us through each step and helped us get all the paperwork we needed for closing!
