Each staff member will meet the State of Connecticut educational and training requirements for the services they provide. As an agency that strives to uphold a high standard of quality, we conduct detailed background screening on all our employees. We are bonded, and maintain liability and worker's compensation insurance. We encourage and support continued education of each service provider. In turn, our agency will provide staff with competitive compensation, an inviting work environment, and knowledgeable, trustworthy management and direction.
