        Overall

        I've never had to work so hard to try and hire someone. After calling three times in two weeks, I still haven't received the promised return call with an estimate to replace my furnace and a/c. Instead of an apology for not following through, I'm told they're busy and will call me back. Still no call, I am taking my business elsewhere. Another company will appreciate my $6k+ business.

        Avoid this at all costs!!

        I had to give them a star just to get to leave a rating otherwise it would be no stars. Very unreliable as to time of arrival- it'll be next week, then on the second day of the week they call and say they can be there shortly-a nightmare for anyone working. Arrive and break the one thing that wasn't broken on my systems!! Tell me they can send someone out on Saturday at double the price I already paid to fix their mistake??!! Call someone else please.
