        Planning & Scheduling Consultants, LLC specializes in planning and scheduling of large capital improvement projects. Since 1989 our founder, Craig Olsen, has provided scheduling services to a wide-range of clients, including but not limited to government agencies, developers, owners, general contractors and subcontractors. Planning & Scheduling Consultant's, personnel have extensive experience on a wide variety of project types ranging from commercial buildings, power generation facilities, civil/infrastructure, medical facilities, military installations, high-end residential, ski area base villages, airports, data centers, research facilities and detention/justice system projects. Planning & Scheduling Consultant's primary objective is to assist our client's project teams in developing the best project plan and incorporating that plan into an easy to understand project schedule. During the past 24 years and having been involved in over 700 projects, the most impressive statistic is that only 4 projects have been subject of any form of litigation. We are constantly evolving to add the most up to date techniques to further our knowledge in our field of work. Most of our work comes from repeat customers and word of mouth. Something we are very proud of.
