Jim and marie are wonderful people very helpful and genuine Ive never had a bad experience renting from them I recommend them to everyone I come across needing to rent something they have everything we just rented a bouncy house from them for my sons birthday it was great he loved it thank you Jim and marie!!



So I think that cindy lady in the comment above must of been having a bad day cause her comment Is far from the truth and I don't believe Jim would ever do that he's a very hard worker and even if he was a little late things happen they were most likely very busy . These folks are awesome. They purchased a new ladder so I was able to get my gutter cleaning and tree trimming done. They are awesome - doubt a chain or franchise would show the same courtesy and agile thinking. Highly recommend - what small businesses should be!

1) I was given a delivery time, then received a call to inform me he (Jim) would be arriving sooner than expected. So, I rushed to the venue only to wait until he arrived over 30 minutes past the originally scheduled delivery time.

2) Good thing my 70-year-old father was present to unload the machine (Jim seemed unable to do so and joked that "good help is hard to find".) We were the PAYING CUSTOMERS! Seriously, being referred to as the "Help"! when you can't even do your job!!!!

3) To add insult to injury, I received a call from the wife (Maria) stating she wanted her "bucket". The bucket and lid were washed and placed next to the machine. I'm sorry Jim did not see it, but it is not me problem,

4) Regardless of the lack of professionalism on their part, I offered to take the (precious) bucket to them. After getting a couple of minutes of the run-around on the phone, I told Maria she can come to my house and get her damn bucket!!!! She complained about doing that (distance, which she describes at 20 miles, which is actually 12 miles).



FWI: We had a beautiful 50th anniversary party. We had local caterers, florist, cake baker, bar tenders, clean up crew and everyone met and exceeded my expectations. I'm sorry you all cannot be included in that circle.

Wimberley Rentals is the new Jim's Rental. Jim and Marie and Ron are awesome. I can't say enough good things about these folks. I've rented several pieces of equipment from them and even white tables and chairs for a party. They have nearly everything and they are very friendly and take the time to explain how stuff works.
