This guy and his whole family are thieves. They take a deposit to build a trailer, then you never hear from them again. This is how they make their living scamming other people out of money for nothing.

Oregon justice Department will do not a thing about him either. They said to me, "if we arrested every criminal our jails would be over flowing!

Good to know how many criminals live in Oregon.

This guy deserves a negative star. He is a crook. Do not give any money to him! He took a deposit of $2000 from us and never produced a trailer or contacted us after our many emails and phone calls. I don't believe he ever had any intention of building a trailer. From the amount of people who have posted being scammed by this guy I think that this is his business not building trailers. Have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. I understand that I am one of many complaints filed against this guy. FYI I have heard that he now has a new business RP docks and ramps ? No doubt another scamming project.

This guy is a crook, everyone should call the Clackamas County District Attorney's office. He has done this before in 2007. You need to look up under Rodney Powell, contractor and you will see a story from KPTV. Total scam artist and needs to go to JAIL.

I paid a deposit in April for a trailer and when the check was cashed Raquel wittenberg and Rodney Powell disappeared with my 4033.00 , you do the math. How many more are there?

I paid a deposit in December 2010 for a trailer to be completed in January 2011. Rod does not return any of my phone calles, emails or text messages. As it is currently the last week in April and no trailer, I am extremely disappointed with this company. Don't given them any money as they clearly can't be trusted with it. The company claims to have moved last week however they are unable to provide an address...sounds fishy!
