I am not a customer but someone who saw their Van Driver drive at 70 on 45 mph zone tail-gating the vehicles and honking them. I was the unlucky one who when tried to give the way to speeding truck got honked and chased down in my lane. I had to take an exit anyways which saved my life.



Bad drivers= Bad Humans= Bad Service obviously.
