They took my information and made checking in and reserving a unit easy. I was moving from a storage facility in NJ, and felt Suzy asked all the right questions to make sure I had enough room. When I arrived the next day with a full truck of things and the elevator was broken, even at a late hour, she changed my unit so I could unload and has been there to answer all my questions. I already have used the free moving truck which was a BONUS for me. I like the location, it is clean, secure and easy to use the facilities. Suzy gives personal, friendly service, and I feel i can rely on the information she gives at any time.
