Bought a product made by Honeywell. No description of the items in the package. No installation instructions. Phone number on the package for installation assistance directed me to a man in Mexico who had no idea about the product. Went on Honeywell website and found nothing about the thermocouple product that I purchased for my furnace. All the company wanted to do was sell their thermostat. The phone number on the website to call lead me to a man in India who said that technical assistance was not available on the weekend. It is cold here in Chicago and I have no heat.
