2 year old AC unit stopped working. Told me they would be out next day and then called next day saying they couldn't be out for 4 days after I already took off from work. Guy finally showed up and had none of the information I gave them over the phone so he had to order parts and gave us a quote. Had to wait and week for parts and when they installed them the price was a lot more than original quote. cost me 1200.00, 3 vacation days and 2 weeks with no air for a warranty repair.

Called saying that i could only go 3 weeks without needing to replace my filter or the air supply coming out of vents would be non existent. I used to go 3 months between filter changes with high quality 3M filter. $140 later I was told I didn't have a problem and should use the $0.99 filter that if you're lucky will catch a tree limb and if that didn't solve the problem, I could add an additional intake to correct the problem. You would think if that was the problem I would have noticed it earlier during the first 3 years I lived int the house without the additional intake. What a waste of time and money.

Electrical work was not done properly and when I called to have it fixed was told " I would have to pay a service fee". Also I was asked "if it could wait till tommorrow ?" All my electric in kitchen was out. Refrigerator , microwave , oven , and air conditioner. How was I supposed to make supper and keep food from spoiling ?
