        Worst Dr I've ever encountered.

        My husband saw Dr Rogers while we lived in Ukiah in 2001, 2002. He had chronic spinal injuries, and Dr Rogers, after looking through his records and xrays, determined that he wasn't worth treating due to the pain meds he had been on for an extended period. When unrelated, new respiratory symptoms arose, Dr Rogers refused to examine him, claiming he was either just a junkie or a drunk, looking for a fix.
