Williston Door & Millwork

Don’t waste your time or money with this company. I walked into their front office to have a custom right hand door prepped and cut for one of my clients. I sat at the front desk while three employees walked by not even acknowledging that I was there. After several minutes I was helped and I explained what kind of door that I needed. I even brought a door with me so they could make the cut exactly like I needed. The staff seemed like they were in a hurry and quickly wrote down the measurements. When I called to pick up the door the staff could not find my paperwork and gave me the run around. When they finally found my paperwork they told me the door was ready for pick up. I picked up the door and went to install it. I had requested a right hand door and the door I purchased was cut for a left hand door and cut eighth inch too small in width. I called Williston door and their answer to the problem was attempting to sell me another door. They accused me of telling them the wrong measurement (I guess they didn’t remember I brought a door in for them to measure). My experience at Williston Door was horrible. I would not recommend anyone go there. The company lacks customer service and the good local home town feeling which brought me there to begin with. Go anywhere else and you will be glad that you did.
