I have been an Executive Chef in Charleston, SC, Naples FL, Dallas TX, and other Foodie Cities, now catering here in Floyd/Blacksburg area chefrichperry.com; the processing is second to non for game and local beef, by far the best prices for top quality national beef and VA pork. I order specialty items from them for my high end customers and often can't believe the quality and low pricing. My hat is off to a great local Butchery, I hope the locals know how good they have it to have this company here for them.
