BEWARE SCAM ARTISIT!! Refuses to make you an offer and just asks what you want for it and says no I can't do that. He then will tell you to shop your item around and he will match or pay more than the highest price given cause he has such low overhead. Then after you spend days driving all over town getting prices he tells you to come back in and he will give you the agreed upon price you discussed over the phone and when you show up he claims that he can't go half of what he just offered you on the phone and tries low balling you. I personally don't think he has the money to purchase any quality items, just look at the inside of his store!!! Disgusting!! He is completely dishonest and a perfect example of what is bad in this country. Nothing but a lazy scam artist trying to inconvenience and rip people off!! Beware don't waste your time!!!!

The proprietor of this store is a liar and utterly untrustworthy. Looking to sell off 4 1/4 ounces of sterling silver wire I had purchased nearly 20 years ago when I got into jewelry making, I called the company this morning and was offered $30 per ounce. After I drove nearly 20 miles to the store this afternoon, I was told to my face that he had never offered to pay $30 per ounce. The proprietor then insisted that the wire (which I had purchased from a reputable jewelry supply company in Chicago back around 1990) is NOT sterling silver -- WITHOUT testing the silver content! Through one side of his crooked mouth, he denied it was sterling silver, but with the other, he asked me how much I wanted for it. I told him, "$120 -- the amount you offered me this morning." He repeated his claim that he won't pay even half that because it's not sterling silver (again, without testing it). So I told the liar where he could go, and left. I had driven 40 miles for nothing. I strongly recommend that no one should do business with this liar and gonif.

I had a diamond engagement ring to sell. You walk into a total dumpy place and walk up to a rude dirty man. He won’t give you any price. Just says what do you want for it. I don’t know that’s why I came to see you, what is it worth I asked. He asks if I had any offers and keeps asking me quickly and rudely what I think its worth. The experience was awful and he couldn’t have been ruder. He told me to go see what I can get for it and to come back to him. Needless to say I didn’t even get a quote out of him and it was a total waste of time. He has a big ad in the yellow pages making you think it’s worth going in to see him. It’s false advertisement. And I know other people who have had the same problem with him. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

The Owner/Proprietor of this establishment is a very unfriendly, bitter man. His shop shows his attitude, it is cluttered and unsafe to walk around in... He is unwilling to trust his customers, which leaves me to wonder how much trust can be bestowed on him. There is not much junk in the place to even warrant a concern if you are unable to make it to the location. I can assure you, you will not feel anything at all if you decide not to even visit this poor excuse for a business.

The website states that he pays up to $1200 for 1/2 carat diamond, I brought in a few beautiful pieces and he wouldn't even give me an offer. Just kept saying what do you want for it? As for the diamond marquie that I brought in (over a 1/2carat) said he has no use for. I walked in with $7K worth of jewelry and walked out with the same amount. Told me to see what everyone else is offering. Sorry, he doesn't get my jewels!!
